Application

The box-shaped resistance furnace is a periodic operation furnace with a maximum operating temperature of 1100℃. It is suitable for quenching, heating and quenching, normalizing and annealing of tools, dies and other mechanical parts. The furnace temperature at 1100℃ can be used for a long time.

Introduction of the structure

The furnace door adopts manual device, the door is sealed by silica gel strip, and is equipped with water cooling device. The furnace shell is welded by 3mm steel plate.

The furnace is welded with stainless steel 310S with a thickness of 8mm.

The furnace chamber is built of super lightweight refractory materials.

Aluminum silicate refractory fiber and perlite insulation material are used as insulation layer between the shell and the furnace lining.

The resistance wire is arranged on the side wall of the furnace and the bottom shelf brick, and the top of the furnace is configured with a nitrogen input valve.

The electric appliance adopts silicon controlled, PID power adjustment, equipped with Shanghai Guolong intelligent instrument and overtemperature alarm mechanism.

Installation of electric furnace

1、Before the installation of the electric furnace, it is necessary to check whether all parts (or components) are lost or damaged due to transportation or other reasons. In the case of completeness, the parts shall be cleaned up first and the defects found shall be repaired before installation.

2、Make preparations in advance according to the installation foundation drawing. The location of auxiliary underground electrical pipes should be considered when digging the pit. Users can also make arrangements by themselves according to the actual situation of the workshop.

3、After the electric furnace is installed, the levelness of the electric furnace working table and the ground should be corrected.

4、Check whether the heating element part of the electric furnace is broken, crack, serious bending and stripping brick phenomenon, but also should check the phase and phase, the insulation between the rod and the furnace shell, whether there is a short circuit and other abnormal phenomena.

5、Check whether the wiring end of the heating element, control cabinet, thermocouple and compensation wire are in good contact, and pay attention to the live part can not have short circuit phenomenon.

6、According TO THE GROUNDING POSITION, A reliable GROUNDING WIRE SHOULD BE INSTALLED (including the matching equipment of electric furnace, control cabinet, etc.) to ensure the safety of operators.

Operation of electric furnace

1 Operators must understand the structure and working characteristics of electric furnace and auxiliary equipment (control cabinet, instrument, etc.), and should also understand the layout of electrical pipelines.

 2 Before switching on the power supply, it is necessary to carefully check whether the connection of the heating element meets the requirements, whether the contact is good, whether there is contact between the conductive body and the cover shell, and carry out the electric furnace edge resistance test at the same time.

  3 When the electric furnace is loading and unloading workpieces, the power supply of the heating element must be cut off.

4 The lining of the electric furnace is strictly prohibited to impact. It is forbidden to arbitrarily throw the workpiece in the furnace. The workpiece should be put into the furnace stably and correctly to avoid the impact phenomenon.
