1)、structure of furnace body

The well type furnace is composed of furnace body (including furnace shell, furnace lining and heating element), furnace cover and lifting of furnace cover

A、furnace shell

Q235 steel welded into the cylindrical structure。

1).The cylinder is welded in sections of =3mm steel plate, and 12# channel steel is adopted as the supporting steel structure to ensure the rigidity and strength of the cylinder meet the requirements.

2).Barrel concentricity is controlled within ±5mm。

3).The bottom of furnace body is air-tight steel plate assembly welding parts, as the bearing part must ensure enough strength。

4).The resistance wire should be arranged and hung reasonably in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature, long service life and high reliability. The convenience of installation and maintenance should be considered。

B、furnace lining

Firebrick construction

1The aluminum silicate refractory fiber with excellent heat insulation performance is adopted, and the whole fiber lining is arranged after special construction。
The furnace body with full refractory fiber structure has excellent energy-saving performance. Compared with the same specification of brick resistance furnace energy - saving 30% or so, the rate of heating up doubled. The whole fire-resistant fiber structure has good thermal shock stability, rapid cold and rapid heat resistance, strong and durable, and there is no fiber falling off that people worry about. The furnace lining of the whole fiber plate is hung on the steel framework, which is welded by section steel and steel plate, etc. It is safe and reliable, anti-oxidation scale and anti-soft lifting block (stainless steel flat belt is adopted).

C、Electric heating system

The electric heating element adopts Beijing Shougang 0Cr25A15 high temperature strip, it has good oxidation resistance, high temperature resistance and high load, which can ensure a good service life.

D、furnace

The furnace bladder is made of SUS321 and made by rewelding with the drum, thickness =8mm.

E、 furnace cover

Furnace cover lifting adopts manual。

The furnace cover adopts integral structure and is located on the sand sealing groove of the furnace body。

An insulation package is provided under the cover body。

4、temperature control system

Temperature measurement, adjustment and control system: composed of thermocouple, Shanghai Guolong temperature control and SCR controller. The furnace is equipped with 2 thermocouples. The precise PID control of furnace temperature is realized.

5、Other components of the control system

In addition to the temperature control system, the control system is also composed of interlocking protection control system, display system and overtemperature alarm system.

6、thermodynamic instrumentation

The main thermal instruments of this resistance furnace are thermocouple and temperature controller.
