3.Equipment structure characteristics and technical performance
This series a cylindrical well type resistance furnace, the furnace shell, lining, heating elements, furnace cover, and the opening and closing mechanism parts, such as furnace shell composed of steel and steel plate welding, lining refractory by light clay brick layer, aluminum silicate refractory fibre, diatomite and perlite powder as a protective layer insulation brick, 0 cr27mo2 electric heating element is installed in the heating chamber of the wire on the board.
1、structure of furnace body
The well type furnace is composed of furnace body (including furnace shell, furnace lining and heating element), furnace cover and lifting of furnace cover.
A、furnace shell
Q235 steel welded into the cylindrical structure
1).The cylinder is welded in sections of =3mm steel plate, and 12# channel steel is adopted as the supporting steel structure to ensure the rigidity and strength of the cylinder meet the requirements.
2).Barrel concentricity is controlled within ±5mm
3).The bottom of furnace body is air-tight steel plate assembly welding parts, as the bearing part must ensure enough strength
4).The resistance wire should be arranged and hung reasonably in the furnace to ensure the uniformity of furnace temperature, long service life and high reliability. The convenience of installation and maintenance should be considered
B、furnace lining
Ultra light and high strength 0.6g/ cm3 microbeads (drift-beads) vacuum ball energy-saving bricks are used to form the fire surface in the furnace according to the dry laying method and the 20 degree upturned jostle bricks.The exterior is completely sealed with a layer of ultra-long aluminum silicate refractory fiber blanket, and the furnace lining and shell are filled with perlite and other thermal insulation materials.The lining has two functions of fire resistance and heat preservation, high heat accumulation and shallow layer blocking heat to the outside of the furnace.
C heating element:The heating element is spirally arranged on the shelf brick of inner furnace lining according to reasonable power distribution and uniform temperature distribution, and the heat loss of furnace mouth and bottom is reasonably supplemented to improve the uniformity of furnace temperature. Its material is 0Cr27mo2(resistance wire of Beijing Shousteel).

2、temperature control system
Temperature measurement, adjustment and control system: composed of thermocouple, Shanghai Guolong temperature control and SCR controller. The furnace is equipped with 1 thermocouples. The precise PID control of furnace temperature is realized.
3、Other components of the control system
In addition to the temperature control system, the control system is also composed of interlocking protection control system, display system and overtemperature alarm system.
4、thermodynamic instrumentation
The main thermal instruments of this resistance furnace are thermocouple and temperature controller.
1).Each temperature control area is provided with 1 K degree thermocouples
2).Thermocouple compensation wire adopts high temperature resistant shielded wire.
