- Debugging and maintenance is simple and quick. - Intelligent protection system.
When the power supply is working normally, if it suddenly encounters bad conditions, it will automatically lock the fault alarm. At this time, various protection signals will be judged respectively and the fault alarm will be issued, such as: Workpiece encounter sensor ignition (grounding protection), capacitor ignition, power supply cabinet open power, IGBT speed protection, diode special protection, over voltage, over current, lack of phase, water flow, water temperature and other protection, to ensure that the equipment is strong and durable.

The power grid voltage fluctuates arbitrarily in the range of 350V to 410V, and the output power of the power supply fluctuates within ±1%, which does not affect normal production. - 0.2 seconds quick start, 100% success rate
It takes only 0.2 seconds from start to full power output, specially designed for quenching that requires frequent start and stop, which greatly improves production efficiency and reduces energy consumption of power supply and auxiliary equipment. The success rate of startup is 100%, ensuring no leakage of quenching phenomenon.
- Variable frequency and load adaptive. One equipment can process a variety of specifications of the workpiece, workpiece and load changes, without any adjustment to the power supply (do not open the power cabinet door), immediately out of the box, improve efficiency and reduce the equipment investment of enterprises.
- 36V safe debugging mode. This function in the process debugging, no need to turn on 380V main power, 36V safe voltage test load matching situation, quickly find the resonance point, and record the load resonance frequency, voltage and current ratio and other parameters. - The feedback line is adaptive. When replacing the load output line or moving the load, there is no need to consider the corresponding relationship between the load output line and the feedback line. The internal power supply will automatically judge the polarity of the feedback line and make corresponding processing, so as to solve the unnecessary trouble caused by the wrong feedback line.
