Equipment introduction
1 power supply cabinet
1) Intermediate frequency power supply is to convert ac power input from the power grid into intermediate frequency power suitable for induction furnace. First, the three-phase or multiphase input AC power is rectified into DIRECT current, filtered by THE DC filter reactor, and then converted into single-phase intermediate frequency power through the inverter.
2) The frequency and output voltage can be adjusted according to the demand of the amount and power of aluminum water in the furnace of the furnace.
3) If power supply is essentially a high-power inverter.

2 Induction furnace

3 Built-in capacitor cabinet
Used to compensate inductive reactive power of induction furnace, if power supply cabinet only needs to transmit active power, greatly reducing the capacity and cost of inverter.

4 Melting management control system
The remote console has the humanized intelligent man-machine interface, which can monitor the running status of the equipment continuously, and has the function of parameter display, parameter adjustment and equipment start and stop.
5 closed cooling tower
Function: water shortage alarm, water temperature alarm
Double circulation cooling system is adopted to form double cooling at the same time, cooling power supply and inductor respectively. Maximum cooling efficiency and effect is achieved.
Compared with the traditional cooling mode, this cooling mode is easy to maintain, easy to install, and small installation area. With power cabinet, with water temperature and water pressure alarm system.
The inductor and power supply are cooled by internal water (distilled water) without scaling, which makes the equipment run more stably and is beneficial to the service life of the electronic control system.
The shell is made of galvanized steel plate, and the heat exchange serpentine pipe is made of stainless steel pipe. An independent water pump drives the external water (tap water) from the water tank under the cooling tower through the spray pipe above the serpentine pipe to spray on the serpentine pipe for cooling. The wind generated by the fan blows over the surface of the serpentine tube to enhance the cooling effect.
6 protection system

When the equipment is overloaded or short-circuit over-current, the protection system has multiple protection functions:
Current limiting protection, when the current reaches the set maximum operating value, the equipment will automatically reduce the rectifier voltage. This state does not stop the device, but always keeps the operating current within the maximum operating value.
In the current limiting state, if the current continues to rise to the current protection point on the main control board, the power supply will automatically protect the inverter part, and the rectifier and inverter output voltage is reduced to 0, therefore, the current naturally attenuates to 0;
If the current continues to rise and reaches the trip action point, the circuit breaker will trip and disengage directly.
