2 Main characteristics of turning tool brazing

The machine takes IGBT as the main component, the power circuit takes series oscillation as the basic feature, the control circuit takes frequency automatic tracking and multi-closed-loop control as the main feature.

3 High frequency brazing equipment is a kind of induction heating equipment which can connect two kinds of metal of the same material or different material by heating the welding material to a certain temperature and melting the solder.

Brazing process of high-frequency brazing equipment: the workpiece with clean surface is assembled together in lap type, and the filler metal is placed near or between the joint gaps.

When the workpiece and the filler metal are heated to slightly higher than the melting point temperature of the filler metal, the filler metal melts (the workpiece is not melted), and by capillary action is sucked and filled with solid between the workpiece gap, the liquid filler metal and the workpiece metal mutual diffusion dissolution, cold doubt is formed after the brazing joint.
